When the Wi-Fi drops, the cameras stop recording, the music cuts out and the app can’t find the lights. That is why we treat the network as the foundation, not an extra. Proper access points, managed switches and one ventilated, labelled rack where everything comes together.

Every Digitomatic system ends in one ventilated, labelled rack: network, AV, security and automation in one place. It is easy to service and has room to grow.

How it goes

The rack is the heart of the home.

    We survey the house

Wall types, floor count and where Wi-Fi needs to reach, including outdoors.

  2. 2

    We design the network

Access-point positions, switch sizing and the rack layout.

  3. 3

    We build and monitor

Installed, tested room by room, then looked after remotely.

    Varsha Patel

  • This was my first experience with Digitomatic Automation, and it was truly incredible. I renovated three rooms and installed automation in two of them. The touch switch modules with logo design are unique and premium. The mobile app allows me to control lights, fans, AC, and curtains anytime, which is very convenient. The dimmable lighting and scheduling features make daily use easy and efficient. Everything was programmed perfectly. Their service support is excellent—most issues are resolved remotely, and if needed, a technician visits within two days. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend Digitomatic Automation.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Why does a smart home need a better network?

Cameras, speakers, screens and the automation system all depend on it. When Wi-Fi drops, recordings stop and the app cannot reach the lights, so we treat the network as the foundation.

Will Wi-Fi reach outdoors and every floor?

That is the aim of the survey: we plan ceiling access points for each floor and outdoor areas, with seamless roaming between them.

What happens during a power cut?

An online UPS keeps the network core and rack running through outages.
